œuvre artiste Ann Carrington les grands buffets narbonne

The team of TF1 GRANDS REPORTAGES came to Narbonne to film the installation of an exceptional work of the artist Ann Carrington recently acquired in London by The Grands Buffets, "twin sister" of that exhibited at the British Museum in London.

For several months, the TF1 Grands Reportages team followed Louis Privat, a passionate collector from Narbonne to Paris, passing through Nice and London, to find the objects of his dreams ... After the acquisition last year of the legendary duck press Of the Tour d'Argent at a prestigious auction of the house Arcurial and accompanied by François Bachelier the emblematic antique dealer of Saint-Ouen, it is on the other side of the Channel that the team of Television followed him to find a work of exception, unique creation of the artist Ann Carrington. From London to Narbonne, TF1 Grands Reportages came to film the installation of this exceptional sculpture in the heart of the restaurant Les Grands Buffets.

Ann Carrington is an internationally renowned British sculptor. This unique work is made up of silver cutlery and this series "Bouquets and Butterflies" was exhibited at the Royal College of Art in London, which attracted such personalities as Issey Miyake, Elton John, Gwyneth Paltrow and Paul Smith and has a "twin sister" at the British Museum"!
