Regardless of the option chosen between the cancellation guarantee or the deposit, the full amount of the menus for each of the guests subject to the reservation must be prepaid under the following conditions in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The prepayment must be made via your personal account MY ACCOUNT<\/a> between 60 days and 30 days before the day of the meal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The menu price subject to prepayment is the one in effect on the day of the meal.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The Client must proceed with the prepayment by logging into their personal account MY ACCOUNT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The Customer may proceed with the payment of the prepayment from 60 days before the date of the meal and must have fully paid the prepayment, at the latest 30 days before the date of the meal.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The bank card used for the prepayment settlement must still be valid on the date of the meal to allow a possible refund by Grand Buffets in case of cancellation when the Prepayment is refundable.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In the absence of payment for the full prepayment<\/strong> of the menu for each of the guests of the reservation at the latest 30 days before the reservation, the reservation will be fully and automatically canceled by Les Grands Buffets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In this case, the cancellation guarantee or the deposit paid by the client will constitute a cancellation fee, the amounts of which will remain the property of Les Grands Buffets.<\/p>\n

The information related to the bank card is secured via SSL encryption from Cr\u00e9dit Agricole. The bank card data is not stored by Les Grands Buffets, only Cr\u00e9dit Agricole has access to the banking information transmitted by the client.<\/p>\n
