The famous food critic, François Simon, announces in La Tribune newspaper the spectacular upgrades to come for Les Grands Buffets.
Les Grands Buffets will thus be expanded by 2000 m2, almost doubling its size… 500m2 will be allocated to social premises with a dining room for staff, reserves and working comfort. A large shopping gallery will be opened on 1000m2 selling a selection of regional crafts related to gastronomy and food and Grands Buffets merchandising.
The restaurant itself will not be modified but will be embellished with a large gallery created under the artistic direction of Jacques Garcia, faithful to his Napoleon III style.
Les Grands Buffets thus reinforce their uniqueness while everywhere crack the seams of gastronomy. Here, we find a sincere world, amazed and joyful, everything that the table should remember.
