1/ Booking as early as possible remains the best solution especially for holiday periods and weekends.
2/ If the reservation system shows there is no availability for the day you wish to come, YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE.
Les Grands Buffets reservation system requests customers to prepay their reservation menus between 60 days and 30 days before the meal date. If a client does not make this prepayment in due time, his reservation is automatically canceled 29 days before the meal date. This is usually the time when some customers give up their reservation.
If you check availability 29 days before the date for which you wish to book, you will surely be able to take advantage of a cancellation from a client who did not make the prepayment on time.
For example, if you were unable to find a table for August 31, check again availabilities on August 2, which is 29 days before the meal date, it is very likely that you will find a table that will be vacated due to cancellations.
3/ In the same way, it is possible that tables become free 11 days before the meal date since, up to 11 days (included) before the meal, the prepayment amount remains refundable in case of cancellation and we note that some customers are waiting until the last limit to cancel their reservation.
4/ Regardless of these specific dates, there are cancellations every day until the eve of the meal, so the secret is to look frequently, and until the date of the meal, if you can find a table available.
