The administrative fees are offered to all customers coming to lunch or dinner at the Grands Buffets.
The 5€ administrative fees per guest is charged only to customers who cancel their reservation or do not show up on the day of the reserved date (No Show) – See the General Terms & Conditions
The administrative fees are never charged at the time of booking but later on in case of cancellation or no show.
