At the time of booking, and provided that it is made at least 37 days before the meal date, two possibilities are offered to the client:
– 1st choice: Opt for the payment of a cancellation guarantee of 5 euros per person multiplied by the number of guests in the reservation. The cancellation guarantee allows you to cancel up to 11 days of the meal free of charge. This cancellation guarantee is not refundable, nor deducted from the meal price, it remains property of Les Grands Buffets once paid, even if the client wishes to take a new reservation after cancellation of the first one.
– 2nd choice: Opt for the payment of a deposit of 20 euros per person multiplied by the number of guests in the reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the price of the menus to be paid but will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation, including if the client wishes to resume a new reservation after cancellation of the first one.
For any reservation taken 37 days or less from the date of the meal, the Client will not have the possibility to opt for the cancellation guarantee.
