You can get a refund if you are in one of the exemption cases listed in the General Terms and Conditions.
The necessary supporting documents to justify the case of force majeure, medical condition or travel incident must be communicated by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the Grands Buffets who will appreciate, alone, if the conditions for exemption are met.

The refund will be made to the person’s credit card having proceeded with the prepayment.
