Cancellation by Les Grands Buffets
Any reservation made in violation of the booking rules set by the General Terms & Conditions, will result in its cancellation without formality, the management of Les Grands Buffets reserves the right to refuse access to the Restaurant to customers holding reservations that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions and to take legal action against any entity responsible for such a violation.
In particular, any failure to prepay the menus within the allotted deadlines automatically leads to the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation by the client
The cancellation of the reservation by the Client is possible either by following the link in the emails related to the reservation sent by Les Grands Buffets, or via the Grands Buffets website by connecting to the personal account MY ACCOUNT of the Client holding the reservation.
– Cancellation of the reservation before payment of the prepayment
If the Client cancels his reservation before having paid the prepayment of the menus, Les Grands Buffets retains an indemnity equal to the amount of the deposit paid in accordance with Article L 214-1 of the Consumer Code or the cancellation guarantee paid by the client.
– Cancellation of the reservation after payment of the prepayment
The Client may cancel his reservation until the day before the meal date under the following conditions:
• Cancellation until 11 days before the meal date
Any cancellation that occurs after the prepayment is settled by the client and no later than 11 days before the meal date results in a refund of:
– The entirety of the prepayment, if the client had subscribed to the cancellation guarantee.
– The amount of the prepayment minus the deposit already paid, if the client had paid a deposit. Only an amount equal to the amount of the deposit paid is retained by Les Grands Buffets in accordance with Article L 214-1 of the Consumer Code.
The refund will be made to the credit card of the person who made the prepayment.
• Cancellation between 10 days and 1 day before the meal
Any cancellation that occurs after the prepayment is settled by the client and between 10 days and 1 day before the meal date results in the reimbursement of the amount of the prepayment for menus less a cancellation fee of €30 per guest, including the deposit for Clients who have already paid a deposit.
The refund will be made to the credit card of the person who made the prepayment.
