The day of the meal, for the reserved service, in case of no show and therefore of the absence of one or more Guests or all of the Guests concerned by the reservation and in the event that the reservation has not been canceled within the deadlines and conditions provided for in the General Terms and Conditions or does not meet the grounds for exemption, Les Grands Buffets will retain as a non-presentation allowance, the total amounts collected for each person absent regardless of the age of the guests.
For any incomplete table, it will not be possible to deduct the amount collected corresponding to the absent guest(s) from the supplement amount of the drinks consumed or purchased on the day of the meal.
In the event that the amount of the prepayment paid is lower than the total amount of the menus for all the absent guests, Les Grands Buffets will proceed to debit additional amounts from the card used to pay the prepayment.
If the absence corresponds to a case of force majeure allowing for a refund in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions, the refund request by postal mail with acknowledgment of receipt can only be made from the day after the meal.
