Prepayment of menus starting from October 1, 2025

Regardless of the option chosen between the cancellation guarantee or the deposit, the full amount of the menus for each of the guests subject to the reservation must be prepaid under the following conditions in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions:

• The menu price subject to prepayment is the one in effect on the day of the meal.

• The Client must proceed with the prepayment by logging into their personal account MY ACCOUNT.

• The Customer may proceed with the payment of the prepayment from 60 days before the date of the meal and must have fully paid the prepayment, at the latest 30 days before the date of the meal.

• The bank card used for the prepayment settlement must still be valid on the date of the meal to allow a possible refund by Grand Buffets in case of cancellation when the Prepayment is refundable.

• In the absence of payment for the full prepayment of the menu for each of the guests of the reservation at the latest 30 days before the reservation, the reservation will be fully and automatically canceled by Les Grands Buffets.

In this case, the cancellation guarantee or the deposit paid by the client will constitute a cancellation fee, the amounts of which will remain the property of Les Grands Buffets.

The information related to the bank card is secured via SSL encryption from Crédit Agricole. The bank card data is not stored by Les Grands Buffets, only Crédit Agricole has access to the banking information transmitted by the client.

Since the change in regulations on internet transactions in July 2021, a double check will be requested by the Client’s bank at the time of payment.
