Each reservation is assigned a specific arrival time which is recalled in the emails related to the reservation sent to the Client by Les Grands Buffets.
The Client undertakes to strictly respect this arrival time and to ensure that it is respected by all the Guests.
The guests at the same table must all present themselves at the reception to be able to access the restaurant.
In the event of a delay or failure to comply with the scheduled arrival time, the restaurant is not obliged to accept guests.
The absence of all or part of the Guests, including children, at the scheduled time is equivalent to a No Show by the absent guests.
