Les Grands Buffets and Pôle Emploi prepare the interview
The purpose of this event : understanding how a professional kitchen operates and to see what qualities they could promote in respect of employers and Pôle Emploi appeals to the professionals to judge them. Regional restaurateurs are keen to attend to the greatest detail. "There are some candidates who have forged ahead already compared to others in terms of preparation, and work style", explains Mickael Montmain, restaurateur. After an afternoon's cooking, each dish is tasted by the jury. For the best contestants there will be a stage of several days in the restaurant. With this exercise everyone has gained in confidence, determined to be the best in a job interview.
